Small IES Reflector Shades  are used on table lamps to diffuse light and support a lampshade. Pair with fabric, parchment or mica lampshades. Lampshade should have v clips in the top of shade-frame to seat the shade and keep it from shifting.* 

The white glass reflector shade glows when lit providing generous illumination. Glass has a waffle pattern. The "IES" initials are an abbreviation for "Illuminating Engineering Society." Use with silk top shade for an authentic vintage appearance.
